Wire drawing machine
The drawing machine is intended to lessen the cross-part of a wire to an ideal size by getting the wire through a single or two or three die. As per various working temperatures, drawing is categorized into two lists: cold drawing at room temperature and hot drawing at raised temperatures. There are numerous applications for drawing, including electrical wiring, cables, wheels, and stringed musical devices or equipment.

The wire is generally contracted through a pointing machine to fit through the die; then, the wire is received through the die. As the volume of the wire continues as before, the width of the wire is getting more modest and the length will be longer. Widely talking, the wire requires a progression of drawing, through smaller and smaller dies, to arrive at the specific size. Explore Wire drawing machine
Lubrication is a significant piece of the drawing process, for its nearest relationship with the great surface and die. Given various lubrication conditions, there are two kinds of drawing: wet and dry. Straight drawing machine is a dry drawing machine. for its wire or bar go through a lubricant compartment, while wet drawing machine considers the wire or bar being totally submerged in lubricant.

Wire Drawing dies are usually made of tool steel, tungsten carbide, or diamond, all of which have surfaced of high hardness. Due to different sizes of wires, different dies are employed. A diamond die is used for drawing very fine wire. For hot drawing, cast-steel dies are used, while for steel drawing, a tungsten carbide die is used.
