Wire Drawing Machine
The GWP 300 Wire Drawing Machine is cutting-edge, and highly efficient equipment designed specifically for the wire drawing process. It utilizes a manufacturing technique called wire drawing to decrease the diameter of a wire by pulling it through a series of progressively smaller dies. GWP 300 Wire Drawing Machine’s Main Body, made of close-grain Cast Iron, consists of a base, a drawing drum, and a drawing die box. A Water Cooling arrangement is provided inside the Drawing Drum and the Die Box. Phosphorous bronze gears with high carbon axle steel worms are provided.
This GWP 300 Wire Drawing Machine is suitable for drawing wires from 8 mm or 6 mm to 2 mm.
