The Cutter tools of the Nail Making Machine become blunt and they require re-grinding. We have developed a special Cutter Grinder for grinding all the profiles of cutters. These machines are provided with special type jigs fixtures and even semi-skilled worker can grind (re-sharpen) the cutting tools easily after brief training. It takes only few minutes to grind the cutting edges of the cutting tools.

CHEQUERED HEADER GRINDER

This special type of Grinding Machine is developed and manufactured by us to get the uniform chequers on the Nail Head. The Header of the Nail Making Machine which is constantly pressing the wire to form the Nail Head, gets worn-out after the use of certain period and hence chequers on the same become uneven and gets wiped off.
To over-come this difficulties, the Grinding Machine known as Chequered Header Grinder are developed. By using this machine, re-facing and uniform re-chequering are made easier and faster. |
